Now that the kids are getting bigger they decided they wanted to change their rooms into something they like. When we first moved here Trin was 8 months old, we decided on a light purple to paint her room. She's gone through many different phases (Dora the Explora, Princess, etc..). The boys room has always been sports.
The theme Trin decided was "Paris", (no clue why) so we started thinking of what to do without having to spend a lot of money. With input from all of us I think it turned out pretty cool.
